reunion
Thanks to this blog I recently got back in touch with one of my very good friends from high school - though we've seen each other since graduation, it's been a good 10 years since our paths last crossed. So tonight the girls and I hit the town to catch up with Amber and her boyfriend Patrick and their daughter Brylen. It was great to see her after all this time, and I promise to do my best to ensure that another decade doesn't go by before we hang out again. Something tells me that even if I'm not present for it, Audrey and Brylen will be having a play date in the near future.
I'm hoping it's just the angle of this shot that makes me look so much larger than everyone else. Sorry to be the one to ruin this otherwise cute shot of your family, Amber!
Here's Audrey, sad to part with her new friend, Brylen. That or she's sad she just got poked in the eye. Probably a little of both...
