The Great Dot Mystery begins!

When I started this blog way back when my aim was to showcase some of my very favorite artists of the adventure strip. As time has gone on, I've found myself gravitating more to interesting, yet perhaps slightly more obscure material. It's always exciting to discover a strip or a creator that I know little or nothing about...and the best part is being able to then share that discovery with like-minded folks. I realize this is a bit of an unecessary build up for this addition to the roster, but I wanted to address what's been going on behind the scenes here at thrillmer.com.

So anyway, what we have here is C. L. Sherman's The Great Dot Mystery. Calling it an adventure strip is a bit of a stretch, though you can't deny that it features some of the tropes of our beloved genre. With the added fun of completing each installment's puzzle for a surprise image. For a look at some of Sherman's earlier work, check out Isn't It Just Like a Woman? over at my other home, Barnacle Press.

Have fun with this one - can you guess what today's answer is?
