Batman began
A year ago I mentioned my growing excitement for the then unfinished film, Batman Begins. I am here to tell you that Jillmer and I joined my esteemed colleague Holmes and some other folks for an IMAX matinee yesterday at Navy Pier, and we were all in agreement that this is indeed one hell of a fun movie. Easily the best film in the franchise, Batman Begins is the product of a filmmaker who clearly knows what he is doing. The casting for so many of the characters is inspired and I am especially happy to see someone in the title role who is charming as Bruce Wayne and genuinely scary as Batman.
There is just so much to like; I better not see any of you fanboys bitching about this one...
