thrillmer's decision '04, candidate 2: Peter Scratch
Our second candidate is none other than that tough-talking private-eye, Mr. Peter Scratch (like I could tell him he couldn't run again). Sure he still lives with his mom, but don't you dare make fun of his name. You want to end up in hot water, go ahead; it's your funeral...
A vote for Pete gets his very first story, so keep that in mind come election day.
